Farewell Flowers
At The Dahlia Wood we provide a patient and sympathetic service to help you honour the life that has been lost through our flowers.
We understand that planning a funeral can be a difficult and emotionally fraught process. We will be by your side to help you to choose flowers that really reflect the life of your loved one. It’s important to us that all our arrangements are 100% natural and biodegradeable, made using slow grown flowers, and no plastic or floral foam. This means they’re suitable for natural burials.
We have a number of options available, including wreaths, sheafs, casket sprays and posies. Please get in touch for a chat if this is of interest.
Small Sheaf
Prices start from £55
A small sheaf is a simple arrangement to lay at the place of rest. These are often ordered as additional complimentary arrangements by family members or friends.
Wreath
Prices start from £65
A wreath can be a lovely way to pay your respects. As with all our bereavement work, wreaths are fully compostable so they can be placed on the coffin or at the graveside.
Casket Sheaf
Prices start from £95
A casket sheaf is designed as an alternative to a casket spray (below). It is suitable to be placed on the coffin and can be taken apart after the service if friends and family wish to take flowers with them for remembrance.
Casket Spray
Prices start from £65 per foot
A casket spray is a beautiful arrangement of seasonal flowers, made to a colour palette of your choice. A standard spray is 3ft long, but we can create any size that is required.
