FAQs
Do you deliver to my address? How much does it cost?
Yes, we offer delivery to any address within 10 miles of Llandeilo for £5. Please see the map as a guide. Alternatively you can collect your flowers for free from our farmgate collection point at Ty Cefn Tregib.
When will my bouquets be delivered?
Our growing season runs from April - October. Delivery takes place on a Friday.
Are your flowers grown sustainably?
Yes, looking after our environment and growing in harmony with nature are central to our values here at The Dahlia Wood. We grow our flowers without the use of chemicals and mimimise the use of single-use plastics. All our bouquets are wrapped in recyclable and compostable packaging.
Can I choose the flowers in my bouquet?
You’re welcome to request a colour palette and we’ll do our best to match it, but this is dependent on flower availability. If this is something you’re interested in please contact us. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee specific flower varieties in our bouquets.
What happens at the end of the growing season?
Your subscription will come to an end after the delivery of your last bouquet of the season (usually some time in October). We will be in contact at this time to let you know and no further payments will be taken. If you’ve enjoyed your flowers we’d love you to continue with your subscription once flowers are available again the following Spring!
